Education Walkthrough is a Chicago-based startup that empowers instructional leaders to grow great teachers. We create streamlined software tools that save educators time while delivering data-driven insights that give them the confidence to make decisions.
There were two constant pain points from principals and instructional leaders:
1) Feedback after observations arrived hours or even days late.
2) Leaders lacked a single, shared view of instructional data.
